Put review calls where instrumentation owners and product leads can attend without heroics. Async notes cover the rest.
Keep the agenda short: what changed in events, which metric moved, and what decision follows. Depth beats fifteen charts when trust is still forming.
Bring one disputed funnel step each week. Release review blocks we run from Busan use that format deliberately.
If a metric cannot earn a decision in thirty minutes, it does not belong on the standing agenda.
